Biography

Dr Yinglong He is a Lecturer in Automated Resilient Transport (ART) Systems at the School of Mechanical Engineering Sciences (MES), University of Surrey, UK. Additionally, he holds the title of Honorary Assistant Professor at the School of Engineering, University of Birmingham. In 2022, Dr He worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate (PDRA) at the Institute of Astronomy (IoA) and the Department of Architecture, University of Cambridge. Between 2019 and 2021 he held an expert position in the Directorate for Energy, Transport, and Climate at the Joint Research Centre (JRC) of the European Commission.
